I am a doctor by profession and I was struggling to lose weight. The biggest blessing for me this year, amidst the pandemic and other uncertainties, was being introduced to Dr. Kalpna who founded Svelte Zone. My aunt, her close friend has already a “svelte girl" and she was instrumental in bringing my mom, grandmother and sister into this way of life. First off, I was extremely impressed by Dr. Kalpna's explanation of how the physiology of digestion and weight loss occurs. Despite being a doctor there was so much I was unaware of. The best thing about her is there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach. She is sensitive to each individual’s cravings and different body demands and explains it so too. I was struggling to lose my post partum weight while dealing with a lot of stress. I had been to the gym, almost starved myself, and done everything that had seemed to work before but didn’t now. But with the svelte meal plans and the specific workout advice given, I started losing weight, feeling more energetic and my knee and low back pain was gone! With the transformation I started gaining all the lost confidence too. Dr. Kalpna has always responded to the silliest queries and patiently explained plateaus and has been super encouraging through my journey. During lockdown, everything went downhill. My eating, sleeping and lack of exercise made me feel unhealthy and depressed. I was at an all time low physically and mentally. I am very grateful to the Svelte Transformation Program. It promotes a healthy way of eating and lifestyle. The program assisted me in losing almost 8 kgs which I gained during my menopause. Due to the weight gain, I was unable to walk even 500 steps a day. Despite being a Yoga student, I could not follow my exercises regularly.

I consulted with Kalpna at Svelte during summer of last year when I was at my all-time highest weight and constantly feeling tired and quite low in energy. I had no energy to go to the gym and I had tried other crash diets only to fail immediately. What I truly liked about the Svelte program was the simple to follow eating plan, which did not require any exotic foods or involve complex recipes and measuring food. As a vegetarian (who does not eat eggs), Svelte plan gave me an easy to follow guide of a high protein, low carb plan that targeted fat loss. I have been working with Kalpna for over a year, following her balanced diet program. I have found it to be very effective. Initially, I was a bit hestitant to start the program, as I had tried other diet plans before with varied suceess. However, once I got on to Kalpna's program, the results were telling from the start. What differentiated her plan from others' was the ease of adopting to her protocol, tailored to each individual's needs. I liked following her diet as I didn't have to deviate much from what I was used to eating. The key, however, was to follow her plan meticulously, which still made some allowance for my favorite savories without having to be fearful of going off-track. Sometimes the hardest part of doing anything is staying focused. I had gained 40+ lbs during my pregnancy. It was not the extra pounds that was bothering me, but I was feeling tired always. I did try all the diets that Google suggested, but nothing helped. I did lose a few lbs while I was following the diet but gained it back. I was very frustrated and had lost hope that I would ever be able to lose weight.

It was not just suggesting a meal plan, but she motivates you to stay focused and makes changes in your diet as you reach your short term goal. So you are not stuck with the same diet, that forces you to quit in a while. She is also constantly trying new recipes and shares them with you. You get to eat different varieties of food and not just eating salads and tasteless food.
If not for her, I can't imagine fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes. She has taught me how to sustain and continuing with a healthy lifestyle. I will definitely recommend her for your weight loss goals.

I am very grateful to Kalpna and Svelte Zone for changing my life. I have severe plantar fasciitis for decades and tried different diet plans to get the weight off my feet.
